My best guess is that you should blame NIST; the Federal Gov't is still trying to find a good way to implement two-factor authentication security protocols (which generally require a password and a CAC card and CAC card reader) in the PDA world . . .
Please don't misunderstand, in no way was I indicating that you shouldn't blame Ms. Hilton.
I still feel that she has responsibility for the decline of Western Civilization and civil society everywhere. Therefore, she has to have something to do with this problem as well. : )
