In many ways I find Iran's program less troubling than North Korea's. I wouldn't be overly surprised if the day comes when following a period of instability in North Korea (and about one second after the development of a true ICBM) they asks for some small amount (a $100M or so per year) of reparations for "past wrongs" in return for not turning LA or NY into slag. Of course after we set the precedent of making the first payment . . .CWD
