It seems that spammers have little incentive to get details right. Notice, e.g., all that spam about sexual topics or dating, where the name in the From: line is oppositely gendered from the "testimony" of the message body?
ReplyDeleteSpammers may be getting more technologically sophisticated, but (like "script kiddies") they're really just using tricks they copy from each other. Spammers are crooks, and they're almost as dumb as the average crook.
