Seems hard to believe that drug use could be that rampant. It actually kind of sounds like the old (fake) stories about how over half of all US currency was tainted with cocaine. (A story usually told to explain a way a positive urinalysis test result.)
It's always worth looking stuff like that up in Snopes, which this time says the rumors are... true. (Not that it's an excuse for failing your drug test.)

ReplyDelete. . . but it did make for a funny story about how a toxicologist "proved" that you could not get a positive ua via "contaminated money" . . .
