Note to Ross Douthat

The endless concern trolling by right-wing pundits about how President Obama "should have" avoided healthcare reform, or anything else important, and should have devoted his entire attention to the economy - where there's no evidence that is additional attention would have brought even one Republican vote to the support of his initiatives - was a tired cliché before Thursday's court ruling. Now it's just pathetic.
