John Yoo, who could certainly tell us what the meaning of "is" is, has trouble with the word "implemented". He and David Addington, again demonstrating that
the Bush Administration is overflowing with men who have no sense of honor, apparently decided that the best defense of their decisions and actions
was to alternate between playing stupid and being petulant.
