I've Been Spammed By... Yoda?

I find it hard to believe that this type of "sales pitch" works:

Self employed can be you

But as has been pointed out many times, if you send out a million spam emails, you don't need a very high response rate to make money.... (There's a sucker born every minute, and they're contributing to the mess in my inbox.)
